Welcome In {{Part 1}}

It has been a journey up to this point and I want to welcome you to be a part. A new season & new chapter began when me and my Mr. married October 22,2010. Little did I know all that these past 3.5 yrs would entail, I wouldn't trade one moment for anything. Rather than taking you through our entire story all in one post... I will just >>start<< to unfold it. Our connection point was church planting and missions. Our hearts beat to see the world discipled for His glory and Kingdom. We are in it for the long haul and have faith that He is Who He says He is.

After being a part of Long Hollow Baptist for over a year as a married couple, we were ready for more. ((MORE)) for us looked like reaching out to our Executive Pastor, Lance Taylor, whose heart beats for missions. After a process of meetings and prayers we were headed on our first mission and adventure together to North Africa in January of 2012. North Africa was our landing place simply because I had spent a semester of college studying abroad there. It was a starting place for us. It was a vision trip to see what was next. {{My vision being that we would end up re-locating there for the Gospel shortly after}}. I could tell you story after story of our time there for 3 weeks, but to put it simply, the Lord directed our steps and allowed us to make connections with people that He could only connect us with. During our time there we both clearly felt that the Lord was calling us to stay back in Hendersonville, TN and mobilize people for the Gospel. While we didn't know what this was going to look like... we were willing to obey! Back to Hendersonville we went... February 2012 began a new season of life for us.
